RUN 2019 – HOBART

Beginning and ending at Parliament House Lawns
8km RUN (2 laps, start 10:30am)
4km WALK (1 lap, start 10:30am)
Bring a picnic, bring Grandma and Grandpa, make a day of it! All welcome!

T-shirts/bibs can be picked up on the day from 9.30am.
Registrations close on 15 November.
9:30am - Registration OPENS
10:00am – Run/Walk START
1:30pm — Run/Walk FINISHES
1:30pm — Finger Food and Music
2:30pm — Close
$35 per ticket plus $3.01 booking fee.
Includes a standard cotton T-shirt (Option exists for you to use your last year’s T-shirt if you wish).
All entrants receive their tickets once paid via email.
Please bring those tickets with you on the day when to register and collect your T-shirts.

BAGGAGE DROP OFF
There will be a secure, constantly monitored area available for you to store your personal belongings, like bags or jumpers, while you complete your walk or run.
St. John Ambulance members will be available on site if anyone needs medical assistance. Make sure to familiarise yourself with their designated marquee as you arrive.
There will be water stations around the course
and toilets can be located on the map above.
Australians for Palestine designed the popular t-shirts used in the annual Run for Palestine held in Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Perth & Hobart.
The white t-shirts feature a version of Handala the much-loved iconic faceless refugee child first created by Palestinian artist and cartoonist Naji Al Ali. The logo was designed by artist Dora McPhee for Run for Palestine. The text reads: RUN FOR PALESTINIAN HUMAN RIGHTS.
The t-shirts are unisex and carry the Run for Palestine logo.

Your selected t-shirt is included in your pack with numbered bib and timer when you purchase your tickets. The packs will be available for collection on the day of the Run.
T-shirts will be available for sale on the day as well.
